THE RETURN

Ladies and Gentlemen we are back.  we had a three week break due to the holidays, But we are back.

Last night was a nice night we had some of  the dedicated members come and get straight in there with there game play.  Two members had the chance to test out there new blades and what a joy it was to watch them Play  
and put in so much effort.  Hopefully next week we will see the rest of the members joining in the fun.

On Wednesday Eugene and myself played a league match at Kemnal Manor, it was Eugene's first league game he was full of confidence until he reached the table.  At that moment i thought yes he is gonna beat this guy, but then all of a sudden after the first serve he FROZE yes Froze the nerves kicked right in he was stiff he couldn't move his shot selection was terrible, i was quite worried for him which then put me off my game.

We lost 9-0 which is a disappointing result but we will get them next time at our home ground. 

COACHING

People people we had our first dedicated player who wanted Professional coaching, get coached last week.  She loved it its more people like Angelica the club wants true dedication to the sport.  Again i will show you the young lady who really appreciates the sport.  By the way ROB said i must tell orrin that he got BATTERED, like a piece of COD lol, rob played very well with his new rubbers he showed his Klass with his great return.  Play done ok it took him a bit of time to get warm but he got there in the end he took a game of rob.


Master Gee has pulled his back lets hope he gets better soon we need his TT skills.  Didn't see Brando, Camz was out for revenge so camz you win this week on a technicality.

Friday Night

Ladies and Gents its been a long while since i have graced you with info on whats happening next friday i will be doing a champion of champions match between too good friends and players, and i am one of those players.  No more to be said until it happens, video evidence will be produced for public viewing so look out for the BIG match.

All Generations Table Tennis Members Training Hard

Now i must say that the members are improving so much week to week look at Andzelika how her Table tennis has got much better she's a stronger player with much more confidence in her shots.

Mr Play done excellent, the work he put in this evening was well worth the credit, he had orrin 8-0 up, what an achievment even though he didn't win its the effort that counts.

Alex is just getting better and better each week he comes, if he continues to come he will be a brilliant little player, i think his game and attitude to the game is good.

Seymore, Well done i played him tonight i was impressed he has improved a great deal, keep coming young man you will only get better.

Now i am gonna show you are young star player who has experience in the game,  a little rusty but loads of potential take a look for yourself and make your own judgements.  his name is Jordon check him out.

Andzelika is Doing well

Now here we have one of our members who is Dedicated to the game of TT learning how to Drill and learn the correct forehand strokes, Check out the foot work thats called putting effort into the game to improve her game.

Master Gee or gary to those who dont know him as that fully congratulates her on her effort and love for the sport, he said she done brilliant this evening.

Who Wants to Learn This

This is some of  our Drilling skills just to tease you into entering the Table Tennis Arena. Camz and Mr Play on the other table having a warm up until there clash later, Next week there will be Grudge matches filmed for the world to see, and those players know who they are.

AG-TT Club

Every one is welcome to come and join us here it is a fun and friendly atmosphere with a mixture of abilities and players.

We had some good games last night, Russell put in a good battle against me but just couldn't see it through, Eugeen played well against Kwaku they looked like they had a good battle keeping each other on there toes at all times.

Alex is learning so much about the game if he continues he will become a very good player, but he will need to stay focused and put in the ground work to take his game further.

Ashley played ok but his problem is a mind thing he has excellent ability, plays very correct or orthodox as some would say, he just seems to lose composure to regular he has great concentration at times but if he makes a mistake or misses a easy shot he tends to crumble.

Kwaku played well we had some tough games putting each other under pressure at all times, thats what the game is all about it makes you want to push yourself to the limit.

I think Rob won a few games but i wasn't watching much cause it seemed like he was practicing more than playing games which is a good thing cause sometimes we get caught up in wanting to play games all the time instead of Mastering certain shots that we want to play, and the best way to do that is by practicing and not playing games or by Drilling which to me is the number 1 practice session.
